The Qualification

Governance and Conflict Qualification under Conditions of Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence is not only changing technologies and processes. It is changing responsibility, decision-making structures and conflict dynamics within organisations. As AI-supported systems become increasingly integrated, new areas of tension emerge between efficiency, control, transparency, liability, autonomy and governance.

The Certified AI Governance & Conflict Specialist qualifies professionals and executives to professionally analyse, structure and responsibly shape conflict, governance and decision-making spaces under conditions of artificial intelligence, and to safeguard organisational capacity for action and decision-making.

This qualification is not an AI training course, but a professional governance and conflict qualification under conditions of artificial intelligence.

The focus is not on detailed technical knowledge, but on the ability to:

  • identify conflict fields at an early stage
  • develop governance structures
  • classify risks and responsibilities
  • safeguard organisational capacity for action
  • responsibly accompany transformations under conditions of digital dependency and algorithmic decision support

This qualification combines: Conflict Management – Governance – Compliance – Digital Sovereignty – Strategic Decision-Making Capacity – and the analysis of organisational tensions in the context of artificial intelligence.
