The Qualification

Professional Design of Complex Communication and Conflict Processes

Organisations, institutions and networks are increasingly confronted with complex communication, participation and decision-making processes in which different interests, perspectives and expectations converge.

The Certified Facilitator for strategic process and conflict accompaniment qualifies professionals and executives to professionally structure, moderate and responsibly accompany complex communication, participation and conflict processes.

The focus is on the abilities to:

  • design multi-perspective processes
  • structure spaces for understanding and participation
  • identify conflict dynamics at an early stage
  • accompany organisational communication and decision-making processes
  • keep groups, teams and organisations capable of action under conditions of uncertainty and change

The Certified Facilitator does not primarily decide, does not exclusively mediate conflicts, but professionally designs spaces for understanding, participation and process.
